Who can i call to see if i did have this issue, they call harrassing me. that i owed money to a short term loan and i actually made a payment to them. so what should i do i feel so dumb

This number called me 2:01 pm Cen. Time Please stop calling me.

Do not know these people and they continually call my number and don't say anything. When they do say something they threaten legal action for a company I have never heard and they have a foreign accent trying to get money. How do I get them to leave me alone? They are scam and have the same script as previous numbers 6 months ago that were a scam too but they changed their number.

Calls twice a day sometimes, every single day. I've sent messages saying do not call, pressed 1 to be put on their do not call list and still they call. I don't want to be harrassed! What do they hope to accomplish?

Phone rang, unanswered. No message in voicemail. No way of telling who? From where? And, how come the number came thru with the zero leading double ones?
